A Study Looking at the Motivation of Caregivers to Seek and Share Information
Official Title: Surrogate Information Acquisition: Decisions to Seek and Share
Do you provide care to a family member who was recently diagnosed with breast cancer? If so, a research team at Ohio State University wants to hear about your experiences seeking health information.
This study consists of an online survey asking questions about your caregiving experience, your information seeking preferences, and the person for whom you provide care.
You may be eligible for this study if you are:
● Over the age of 18
● Fluent in English
● Providing or provided care for a family member who was diagnosed with breast cancer in the past two years (this care may include coordinating doctors’ visits, helping with housework, or providing emotional support, among other duties)
