A Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled Mechanistic Study to Assess a Single Oral Dose of CYB003 in Participants with Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) and Moderate to Severe Anxiety
Purpose
The aim of this study is to determine the effects of one administration of the psychedelic compound CYB003 on depression and anxiety symptoms as well as its effects on brain function.

1. Currently have depression with moderate to severe anxiety
2. Are currently taking an antidepressant and your symptoms have not improved enough
3. Have been on the same antidepressant dose for about 1 month
