Nutrition Security Survey for Individuals Living with Spinal Cord Injury in Ohio

The prevalence of nutrition insecurity across Ohio targeting individuals with spinal cord injury (SCI) who live in urban and rural areas
Purpose
The purpose of this study is for researchers at OSU to gather information on nutrition security for individuals with spinal cord injury living in Ohio.
If you agree to participate in this study, you will be asked to answer questions about your current socioeconomic situation as well as questions about your health including details regarding your spinal cord injury. You will then be directed to a 4-question survey asking about your experience with food in the last 12 months. You can fill out all these questions online, over the phone, or in-person, depending on your preference.
You will only be asked to complete the survey once. Answering all the questions including the survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete.
